Greetings!

Welcome to the Joy Express, my space to share what I find JOYful in Everyday Life.

Joy Express began as a monthly newsletter which provided a forum for me to share my experiences and thoughts about all things which make me happy.

From there, I progressed to a website, set up by my darling husband, David. 

My passion is Sharing JOY.  I also Love to Indulge in the creative endeavours of Stamping and Scrapbooking, with my philosophy on life influenced by my Love of Angels, Crystals, and most especially, Past Lives.

Joy Express has gone through a complete metamorphosis more than once, which I guess is reflective of  what I have experienced in life, and most likely will do so again. My intention is to provide an actively interesting, changing and vibrant place of JOY.

I am a 40-something mother of 3, first born Gemini, with interests in most things metaphysical.  I receive great insight and pleasure from the plants in my garden, the birds which grace my bird bath, and my exploration of Past Lives.  My quest in this lifetime is essentially  about finding and understanding the Pieces of Me.  My intention is to share my findings and my knowledge with whomever is interested.
